Day One
From the airport in Cochin we drive you to Mararikulam, a quiet stretch of golden sand on the Malabar Sea. This first day, you can explore the resort or just relax. Later, learn to tie the traditional saree/dhoti for yourself and in the evening participate in a round of meditation followed by a cooking demonstration by our chef.
Day Two
Start your day with an optional Yoga session or just laze away the morning.  After breakfast, it’s time to  get going on a Temple Trail (trip to 5 major temples around Alleppey). Luxuriate in an Ayurvedic Massage, late in the afternoon. In the evening take a stroll by the beach.
Day Three
A languid morning with a cup of tea and a book, (and of course, there's always the yoga).  After breakfast, at the club house, try your hand at learning the tabla or give your vocal cords some exercise with our music master. In the evenings explore the surroundings and the fishing villages nearby on the back of a bicycle or take a dip in the sea.
Day Four
After breakfast we drive you to Cochin, the center of Indian Spice trade. Must-see places are The Jewish Synagogue'( closed on Fridays & Saturday ) at the heart of what is locally called the Jew Town, 'The St. Francis Church', the oldest European Church in India, 'The Santa Cruz Basilica' originally built in 1557 by the Portuguese, The Dutch Palace ( closed on Fridays & Saturday ), and the Spice market. The 'Chinese fishing nets' are huge cantilevered fishing nets believed to have brought to Cochin by Chinese traders.
Day Five
Marari is a paradise for all nature lovers. A morning stroll with one of our naturalists is a fine way to introduce yourself to the flora and fauna. Do take in some of our eco-practices too, with a visit to the bio gas plant, solar panels, the herbal garden and the ayurveda kitchen.
Day Six
After breakfast we drive to Alleppey - the  Backwater City. A day cruise on Kerala’s traditional House Boat (Kettu Valam). Flit along the narrow, quiet canals lined with coconut palms and tiny huts. Sunbathe on the deck, as you glide past darter birds bathing their wings. Delight in the typical Kerala food, made right there on the boat. After finishing the sightseeing we will drive back to Marari.
Day Seven
Kick start your day with a yoga session followed by a sumptuous breakfast. The coconut grove with its hammocks will invite you for a day of doing nothing! Sit on your private verandah, read a book over a sip of chai. As the saying goes, if you've got it (the time that is) then why not flaunt it?
Day Eight
A leisurely morning by the beach. After breakfast we drive you back to the airport.

A very relaxing five star hotel. Beautiful and convenient private bungalows. Very private and a lot of space for everybody.  You are really on "Marari planet" but no longer in India !!
