| There are only 300 vechoor cows left in the world, of which three can be found grazing contentedly on the grounds of Coconut Lagoon. Well, make that four. A calf was born recently, the first, we hope, of many such births to come. Both mother and child are doing fine. |

| A recent cooking demonstation at Spice Village , where we went into the intricacies of a tribal fish curry, using fresh local spices. Cooking demos are a perennially popular feature at many of our destinations, helping guests take, literally, a ittle of the local flavour back home. |
