Reservation | Re-confirmation | Cancellation Policy - Valid till 30th April 2025

SUMMER SEASON (01 May to 30 Sept)
Cancellation of a reservation received less than 14 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation charge for the entire length of stay.

HIGH SEASON (01 Oct to 20 Dec | 11 Jan to 31 Jan | 01 Feb to 30 April)
Cancellation of a reservation received less than 14 days will incur a cancellation charge for the entire length of stay.

PEAK SEASON (21 Dec to 10 Jan)
Cancellation of a reservation less than 45 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge for the entire length of stay.

GROUP BOOKINGS (05 rooms and above)
Cancellation of a reservation received less than 45 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge for the entire length of stay.

For the period 21 December to 10 January, it would be 60 days.
