COME BACK TO YOUR OWN NATURE

There is a natural strength within us. A way of moving, breathing, and being that feels truly our own. Svabhāva is an invitation to reconnect with it.

Through Yoga, Mudgar, and Ayurveda, this five-day retreat brings together movement, stillness, and self-awareness to help you understand your body, build on its strengths, and create greater balance in everyday life.

Five days to recharge, revive, and strengthen to return feeling more connected to yourself.

KONKAN LIVING, AT SWASWARA

SwaSwara is nestled across 26 acres of green landscape by Om Beach in Gokarna, where nature shapes the experience. Days unfold between ocean and forest, open spaces, and quiet corners: yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, nourishing cuisine, and time outdoors.

Open courtyards, earthy textures, and light-filled Konkan villas bring the soothing rhythm of nature indoors.

Inspired by the architecture of the Konkan coast, the spaces blend natural materials, warm earthy tones, and open design to create a sense of comfort and connection with the natural world.
