We use the common ingredients of the Kerala kitchen to serve our guests the most authentic, home-cooked Kerala food on a banana leaf. Expect genuine fish curry with bones in it, tapioca with crushed bird’s eye chili and more.

Kerala Tharavad

The distinctive architecture of Coconut Lagoon hides inspirational tales of craft and conservation. The villas of the resort are built from remnants of ancient Kerala homes called tharavads. Some of these mansions are over 150 years old and were carefully dismantled and transplanted here in sections from houses that had fallen into ruin.
